Supervises any and all space used by athletes while they are present, including post-game and post-practice.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Assures that the team will reflect the proper attitude and conduct at all times.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Represents the school professionally in demeanor, language, and conduct.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Any ad hoc duties assigned by the Athletic Director.</li></ul>&#160;QualificationsRequired:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience preferred, demonstrable understanding of the sport seeking to coach</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Teamwork and teambuilding skills</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to pass a background check</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Speaks Spanish&#160;</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Demonstrated success working with students from historically marginalized communities</li></ul>&#160;Compensation&#160;RMP employs coach positions as part-time, salaried, non-exempt positions. The intended total compensation will be $3,000, paid in equal monthly installments during the duration of the coaching role.
