Patient Care Technician

Provides basic patient care and ADLs, assists nurses, collects specimens, performs EKGs/phlebotomy as needed, documents vitals/I&O; requires ≥6 months recent similar experience, high school diploma/GED, BLS preferred, ability to lift/transfer patients.

ADV RESP CARE PRACTITIONER

Respiratory Care Practitioner

Requires NBRC registration, BLS (ACLS/PALS maintained), Associate degree in Respiratory Care, ≥12 months clinical experience, skills in ventilation management, ABG collection/analysis, intubation, equipment maintenance, documentation, and infection control.

EMT-P-24 HOUR

Paramedic

Provide out-of-hospital emergency care per NYS protocols. Requires NYS EMT Intermediate, Critical Care or Paramedic certification, current BLS (ACLS/PALS for CC/P preferred), valid NYS driver's license; 1 year experience preferred.

System Analyst III

6 years of IT application support/data analysis required; bachelor\u0002s in information technology or science required (or 4 additional years related experience); perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, project coordination, documentation, and mentor junior staff.

Discharge Planner

Coordinate and implement discharge plans as part of a multidisciplinary team; strong oral/written communication, organization, and computer skills; Associate's degree required (or equivalent experience); behavioral health experience preferred.

REGISTERED NURSE

Registered Nurse

Current New York RN license and BLS required. Graduate of an accredited nursing program considered. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, documentation, delegation, and participation in quality improvement.

Clinical Lab Technologist

Bachelor's in Biological Science or MT; NYS Clinical Lab Technologist license or limited permit; transfusion/blood bank experience preferred; perform blood typing/crossmatch, prepare blood products, maintain inventory and QC documentation.

Clinical Lab Technologi, Micro

Bachelor's in Medical Technology (or equivalent), NYS clinical laboratory technologist license or limited permit, 0–2 years experience preferred; perform microbiology analyses, QC, equipment operation, and result reporting.

Perform blood bank testing and product preparation, maintain lab equipment, follow cGMP and regulatory standards. Bachelor's in biological science or MT and New York clinical lab technologist licensure (or limited permit/restricted license) required; transfusion experience preferred.

Department Coordinator

Provide clerical and departmental coordination for the Clinical Labs: collect/enter patient demographics, answer clinician and patient calls, maintain filing and reports, scan documents, obtain prior authorizations, and use Cerner/LIS and Microsoft Office.

Sr Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic

Journey-level building maintenance and repair across multiple trades; ability to plan work, estimate materials, requisition supplies, and perform routine and emergency repairs. High school diploma required; associate preferred; valid NY driver license and compliance with OSHA respiratory protection standards.

Minimum 2 years relevant purchasing experience; high school diploma required (associate's or bachelor's preferred). Familiarity with purchasing logistics, Lawson and McKesson Supply Chain Management preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills.

Provides case management and discharge planning in an inpatient behavioral health setting; participates in multidisciplinary meetings, completes SPOA and other applications, documents discharge activities, types 50 WPM; 2-3 years acute behavioral health experience preferred; bachelor's degree preferred.
