10+ years SDLC experience (5+ on Salesforce), Sales or Service Cloud consultant certification required, consulting/SOW experience, Salesforce configuration and integrations (MuleSoft/TIBCO/Dell Boomi), bachelor’s degree, agile and strong communication skills.
