SUMMARY  

To ensure that socks are neatly boarded and are 1st quality before they go to the                                                                                      packing stage.   Work in a team environment to ensure customer’s orders are completed accurately and are packaged according to the customer specifications. 
          
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Lifts socks from canvas trucks to boarding tray. 
•    Places socks on boarding forms. 
•    Straightens heels, toes and leg of socks.  
•    Places completed socks on board. 
•    Passes socks to pairer. 
•    Helps put stickers on folders/check folders, bands, tickets and stickers. 
•    Gets supplies for order (chipboards, hooks, bags) 
•    Push empty buggy away from machine/pull up next buggy of socks. 
•    Keeps up with buggy tickets. 
•    Changes boarding forms for size changes 
•    Inspects socks. 
•    Sweeps machine off daily. 
•    Folds socks or slides socks on needle to tack. 
•    Trims excess strings and checks for defects. 
•    Ensures that all stickers are on folders, chipboards and cases. 
•    Reads boxing tickets, checks bands, stickers, and boxing information before folding socks. 
•    Places band or hang tag in position as stated on boxing ticket, checks all box-end labels against ticket. 
•    Boxes or cases socks per ticket orders.  
•    Places chipboards in case and move case over to the track. 
•    Occasionally carries cases and chipboards to area. 
•    Keeps count of dozens, places tickets on gum sheet with rates together. 
•    Places gum sheet in ticket box. 
•    Pairs and inspects socks to layout standards, watches closely for holes, defects, shades and lengths. 
•    Prepare packaging by placing stickers on folders and boxes.. 
•    Occasionally places socks on boarding forms. 
•    Trims excess strings from socks 
•    Passes socks to boxer/bagger.  
•    Occasionally helps boxer/bagger fold and pack socks. 
•    Occasionally places completed socks on board. 
•    General housekeeping.

Cell Operator - 1st Shift 

Cell Operator

Basic math and reading skills; good manual dexterity; able to work in a team or independently.

SUMMARY 

Keep assigned line running efficiently and effectively by ensuring yarn is properly threaded, inspecting socks, maintaining/cleaning machinery.

SUMMARY

The Designer will play a key role in driving the creative vision and product development for women’s fashion legwear across K. Bell and HotSox. Partnering closely with the Design Director and Brand Leadership, this role translates brand strategy into compelling, trend-right product—from initial concept through final sample approval.

This position requires a strong eye for color, pattern, and knit construction, along with a deep understanding of the contemporary market and consumer. The Designer will balance creativity with execution, delivering innovative, commercially viable product in a fast-paced environment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

	<li style="margin-left:8px;">Own the design and development process from concept through final approval across assigned categories</li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px;">Research and interpret seasonal trends in fashion, textiles, color, and pop culture to inform original, brand-right designs</li>

Designer - Fashion Owned Brands

Designer

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field; 3–5 years design experience in legwear, knits, textiles, or adjacent categories; strong CAD, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign; PLM experience; knit construction knowledge; strong presentation and time-management skills.

•    Keeps yarn tied on machines. 
•    Ensures that one cone is tied on and one running in at all times.    
•    Stocks creels with four extra cones per machine at end of shift.

Responsible for unloading yarn from trucks and locating in specified area in order for yarn to be readily assessable for production floor, ensuring goods are located and placed in the correct area after being removed from the track in order to keep flow of goods moving or perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse depending on immediate needs in each area.

The Brand Manager will lead and implement global brand strategy. This person manages relationships with internal and external partners to deliver a stronger brand in the marketplace and business for the company. The Brand Manager will guide a cross-functional team of Merchandisers, Designers, and Operations to support brand-right product and distribution. Will work on Cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and deliver new ideas and brand strategies.
