Assembler - 1st Shift

Basic assembly techniques and blueprint reading preferred, comfortable with precision measuring tools, ability to lift 55 lbs frequently (up to 80 lbs occasionally), positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Painter - 2nd Shift

Painter

Knowledge of spray painting techniques, ability to operate spray equipment, follow procedures, attention to detail, and work safely in a manufacturing environment; able to lift up to 55–80 lbs and wear respirator PPE.

Shipping/Receiving Clerk

General knowledge of material handling; experience operating forklifts, hydraulic pallet trucks, and electric hoists preferred. Must lift frequently up to ~55 lbs (periodically ~80 lbs). Perform picking, packing, cycle counts, and shipping documentation.

Inventory Control Associate

Manage inventory, read pick tickets, verify part numbers and quantities, restock and support production. Requires attention to detail, basic computer/math skills, teamwork, and ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Director of Information Technology

10+ years leadership in enterprise IT; Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Engineering; cybersecurity leadership; ERP/mfg knowledge; certifications expected.

Manufacturing Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering preferred; manufacturing experience; CNC programming; knowledge of production systems, capacity planning, and quality requirements; strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Machine Operator - 1st Shift 

Machine Operator

Experience with machining concepts; must be able to use precision measuring tools; detail-oriented with safety focus; willingness to learn on the job.

Welder - 1st Shift

Welder

MIG welding, blueprint reading (preferred); able to use precision measuring tools; strong attention to detail; lift up to 75 lbs.

Machine Operator - 2nd Shift 

Machine operator with ability to read blueprints, use precision measurement tools, and willingness to learn. Strong safety orientation and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering; 10 years of related industrial experience; continuing education preferred.
