Director of Maintenance

Maintenance Director

High school diploma; 5+ years maintenance experience; supervisory/leadership experience; able to work flexible hours and on-call; skilled in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical; strong communication and organization.

Caregiver

Experience caring for seniors; 18+; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; read/write English; team player; willingness to learn; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Driver

Unrestricted driver’s license; clean driving record; able to drive automatic and manual transmission; basic vehicle maintenance; neat appearance; safety oriented; able to lift heavy objects; reliable and customer service oriented.

Unrestricted driver’s license; clean driving record; able to drive automatic and manual transmission; basic vehicle maintenance; neat appearance; safety-focused; assist residents; two years of relevant experience.

Housekeeper

Cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep of resident rooms and common areas; ability to lift; reliable; flexible schedule; work with minimal supervision.

Director of Sales and Leasing

Two years in selling-oriented environment; one year supervisory experience; strong leasing, marketing, and CRM skills.

Medication Aide

CNA in state; Registered Medication Aide desirable; high school diploma or GED preferred; 18+; 6 months assisted living experience preferred.

High school diploma or GED preferred; experience with seniors and caregiving tasks preferred.

Provide resident services including personal care, medication reminders, social activities to support residents' well-being.

Caregiver with empathy, patient, able to assist with personal care and medications, and support residents’ well-being.

Server

High school diploma or GED preferred; at least 1 year of experience in an assisted living community preferred.

Caregiver 

Assist residents with personal care, medications, activities, and daily living based on care plans; maintain dignity, safety, and hygiene.

High school diploma or GED preferred; 1+ year experience in assisted living or food service preferred.

Caregiver responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, medication reminders, social/recreational activities, meals, and other tasks to promote well-being; must be sensitive to residents' needs and supportive of dignity and independence.

Receptionist

High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of clerical experience preferred; strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel); excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Caregiving experience preferred; patient-centered; able to lift up to 50 pounds; good English literacy; team player.

Caregiver (PRN) All Shifts

Providing resident services, personal care, medication reminders, social activities; requires empathy, teamwork, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, safety and customer service oriented, reliable, able to work without supervision, and able to lift heavy objects.

 Chef / Cook - Food Service

Food Service Supervisor

Supervises food service operations, ensures compliance with health regulations, manages staff, and maintains food quality and safety standards.

Cook- weekend availability a must 

Cook

Must have a high school diploma or GED, two or more years of experience cooking for large groups preferred, and ability to prepare a wide range of foods skillfully.

Medication Aide (PRN)

High school diploma or GED preferred, at least six months experience in assisted living, certified as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Registered Medication Aide.
