Bachelor's preferred; 10+ years agronomy/operations; 5+ years multi-location leadership; strong crop knowledge; SOPs/operational systems experience.

Assist agronomy staff with sales and support; crop scouting; fertilizer/chemical recommendations; field days; summer project leadership potential.
