Help desk technician with at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong problem solving, and familiarity with home networking; high school diploma or GED required.

Help Desk Technician Tier I

Provide technical support to customers via calls, emails, and chats; troubleshoot hardware and software; basic networking; high school diploma; 1+ year customer service; Windows and Mac OS.

Data Center Operations Technician

2-year associate in telecommunications or equivalent experience; 2+ years networking in a service provider; valid Class D driver’s license; safety‑minded; knowledge of network tech, DNS/DHCP/SNMP/RADIUS; CCNA or related certifications bonus.

Two+ years networking in a service provider setting; associate degree in telecommunications; valid Class D driver’s license; located in MN; 40 hours/week; on-call and OT as needed.

Accounting Assistant

Assist with accounts payable/receivable and general accounting tasks; proficient with Excel/Word; strong attention to detail and communication.

Customer Service Professional

High school diploma or GED; 40 hours/week; in-person role in Grand Meadow, MN; customer service focus; willingness to learn products and assist customers.

National Sales Representative (ND)

National Sales Representative

High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year sales experience; CRM knowledge; driver's license; willingness to travel; strong communication and customer service skills.

Underground General Labor

Outdoor labor, able to operate heavy equipment support, valid driver's license, 18+, physical stamina, travel regionally.

Assist with trenching, plowing, and installing lines; operate heavy equipment; safety-focused; valid driver's license; able to travel regionally; outdoor physical labor.

18+ with valid driver’s license; ability to perform manual outdoor labor; willingness to travel region; CDL preferred; reliable and physically capable.
