Program Manager

Bachelor's degree and 3 years in Substance Abuse Counseling or related field; CADC with an associate's degree and 7 years in the field; IBC certification within 18 months; valid driver's license.

Outpatient Counselor

Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field; tCADC or CADC; knowledge of substance use disorders and group counseling preferred.

Residential Counselor

Degree in Human Services, Substance Abuse Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field; Master’s preferred; CADC or license encouraged; must obtain CADC within 18 months; valid driver’s license; background check.

Recovery Support Supervisor

AA or BA in human services or management; HS diploma/GED with leadership or residential treatment experience accepted; valid driver's license; knowledge of SUD treatment; proficient with technology; acceptable motor vehicle record.

Care Navigator

Bachelor's degree in human services; at least 1 year related experience; must pass background check and Motor Vehicle Report.

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and one year of related experience; valid driver’s license; ability to pass extensive background check.
