Plan, schedule, budget, and coordinate residential construction projects in the AVCP region; supervise field staff and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Deputy Manager

Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5 years construction project management experience; residential contractor’s license required or willing to attain within 6 months; bilingual Yup’ik/English preferred.

High school diploma or GED required; laborer experience preferred; ability to lift at least 50 lbs; Yup'ik language preferred; must pass a drug test.

Lead carpenter with 4+ years experience; able to lead a crew of 3-4; remote Alaska remodeling experience a plus.
