Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; experience with youth; strong communication; ability to work in fast-paced team; must be at least 24.

Youth Support Specialist- 2nd shift

Provides direct support to youth in a structured onsite program; requires bachelor’s or equivalent experience; API age 24+; strong communication and teamwork.

Lead Overnight Youth Support Specialist

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2-4 years youth-work; trauma-informed care preferred; supervisory experience preferred; must be at least 24.

Case Manager - Youth Engagement

Case Manager

Bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services, Education, or related field; at least 3 years of relevant experience; trauma-informed care and HMIS familiarity preferred; age 24+.

Program Manager, ConneQT (LGBTQ+ Youth Host Home Program)

Program Manager

Bachelor’s in related field; 4+ years in youth services/nonprofit leadership; supervisory experience preferred; experience with LGBTQ+ youth preferred; strong leadership, organization, crisis management; reliable transportation.
