Wireline Operator

21+, valid driver's license, Class B CDL (Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required), pass pre-employment drug test and background check, travel up to 80%, high school diploma.

Haul Truck Driver

Experience driving heavy haul and various trucks; able to lift 75 lbs; pass DOT testing; reliable; good communication; adaptable to weather and field conditions.

Stand Alone Snubbing Operator I

High School diploma or GED; valid driver license; 2+ years snubbing/pressure control experience; able to travel 50-100%; able to lift up to 75 lbs; English preferred.

Snubbing Assistant

High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 75 lbs; 1+ year snubbing or workover rig experience preferred.

Rig Operator

Five years workover rig experience; two+ years as Rig Operator; high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR; CDL preferred.

Haul truck driving and equipment transport; ensure safety, perform inspections, comply with DOT regulations. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and travel as needed.

Derrick Hand

High school diploma or GED; valid driver license; 1 year derrick hand experience; 2 years workover rig floor experience; English communication; able to work varied schedule; lift up to 75 lbs; drug screen clearance.

Floor Hand

High school diploma/ GED preferred; 1 year rig floor experience; valid driver’s license; English communication; ability to lift up to 75 lbs; ability to work long hours and travel.

High school required; valid driver's license; CDL A/B preferred; 1 year derrick hand experience; 2 years workover rig floor experience; English communication; ability to lift up to 75 lbs; travel as needed.

High school diploma preferred; at least 1 year of rig floor experience; valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 75 lbs; long hours and varying conditions; English communication.

Pump Operator

High School diploma, 1 year pump down/reverse unit experience, CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, maintenance ability, computer proficiency, flexible schedule, English fluency, pre-employment screening.

HSE Field Technician

Bachelors degree in safety field or related, 6+ years HSE/DOT experience preferred; CSP/SMS/OSHA training preferred; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

High school diploma or GED preferred; 1 year rig floor experience; valid driver license; ability to lift up to 75 lbs; long hours and varied weather; English communication.

Bulk Cement Truck Driver (CDL)

Bulk Cement Truck Driver

High school or GED; valid Class A CDL; minimum 3 years’ Class A driving with manual shifting; DOT compliance knowledge; able to lift up to 100 lbs; travel required; good communication; basic math/computer skills.

EPIC Rig Operations Coordinator

Rig Operations Coordinator

3+ years in well servicing/rig operations; BS degree or equivalent; strong coordination, scheduling, and safety focus; proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

EPIC Rig Operations Manager

Rig Operations Manager

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related maintenance experience; 5+ years leading a crew on workover rigs; strong safety and leadership skills; PC literacy; able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

High School diploma or GED; 1+ year pump or reverse unit experience; Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements; able to operate high HP pumping equipment; computer literacy; flexible schedule; English proficiency.
