Drill Rig Operator

Operate BAUER drill rigs, set up and move equipment, perform inspections, follow safety regulations; 2-5 years drilling/piling experience; valid driver's license; willing to travel; OSHA 10/30 preferred.

Junior Estimator

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering; 0-2 years; takeoffs, estimates, Primavera, MS Office; strong communication and organization.

Operations Manager

Oversee Texas Business Unit operations, lead project execution, manage resources, safety, budgets, and client satisfaction.

Pre-Qualification Business Development Representative

Prequalification management and business development for heavy civil/geotechnical projects; strong written/verbal skills; driver’s license; travel; 3-7+ years experience; bachelor in civil/geotechnical or related.

Superintendent

Experience as superintendent in special foundation industry; oversee site safety, travel nationwide.
