Education: high school diploma or GED. Experience: none required; 2-3 years preferred. Proficient with Word, Access, Excel, Outlook. Strong organization and communication; document control experience preferred.

NDE Technician (Quality Assurance) - Entry Level

NDE Technician

Perform non-destructive examination inspections to ensure welds meet codes and client specs; document results and measurements.

CNC Operator - 1st Shift

CNC Operator

0-3 years CNC experience; ability to read procedures, drawings, and tool sheets; knowledge of micrometers/calipers; ability to set up and operate CNC machines; willingness to wear respirator; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Machinist - 1st and 2nd Shift

Machinist

High School Diploma or GED preferred; experience with drill press, lathe, mill, and band saw preferred; able to stand during shifts; lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 100 lbs; respirator required.

Painter Helper - 1st Shift

Painter Helper

No prior experience required; on-site training provided; high school diploma preferred.

Coater/Painter: AMPP (NACE) Certified - 1st or 2nd Shift

Coater/Painter

AMPP Certified; High School Diploma or GED preferred; on-site training; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs; respirator required.

Coater/Painter - 1st and 2nd Shift

No prior experience required; on-site training in coating, painting, and inspection; must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50-100 lbs; respirator required.

Blaster - 2nd and 3rd Shift

Blaster

High school diploma preferred; on-site training; no prior experience required; must stand entire shift, lift up to 50 lb, push/pull up to 100 lb, wear blasting helmet.

Mechanical Maintenance Technician

High School Diploma or GED; 0-1 year industrial maintenance; basic computer skills; valid driver's license; ability to read equipment drawings.

Welder

1+ year welding experience; high school diploma or GED preferred; union position; safety focus.

Fitter/Helper - 1st Shift

Fitter/Helper

High school diploma or GED preferred; field experience; no specific licenses required.

Material Handler - All Shifts
