Membership Manager 

Oversees membership program, fundraising support, and donor relations; requires experience in membership, development, or ticketing operations.

Marketing and Events Assistant

Seasonal marketing assistant with communications focus; supports campaigns, content, and digital marketing.

Plant Healthcare Technician

3+ years in horticulture; Category 3C pesticide applicator or willing; OSHA 10 or willing; valid driver's license; knowledge of plant/vegetable care and maintenance; reliable, communicative, organized; leadership potential.

Development Manager, Institutional Giving 

3-5 years in nonprofit development; 2+ years grant writing; strong writing/editing; ability to manage multiple deadlines; familiarity with CRM (Raiser’s Edge); alignment with Bethel Woods mission.

Security Associate

Minimum 18+, HS diploma/GED or 5+ years verifiable work; valid driver license; basic computer skills; eligibility to work in the US; strong communication; background check.

Driver

Valid driver's license; safe driving; eligible to work in the United States; proficient with MS Office, GPS, maps; strong communication; flexible schedule including weekends and overnight; background check and drug testing required.

Concert Housekeeping 

Housekeeper

Experience in cleaning; attention to detail; physical stamina; strong communication; available evenings/weekends.

Security Guard

Experience in security or related field preferred; strong observation and communication; ability to work evenings and weekends; NYS Security Guard License.
