Behavior Technician (Level 1)

Behavior Technician

18+ years old; high school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year experience with individuals with special needs; bachelor's in related field preferred.

Qualified Mental Health Professional

Mental Health Professional

QMHP-C registration required; Bachelor's degree in human services or related with 15 credits; at least 1 year of mental health experience; weekday evenings and weekends available.

Clinical Supervisor

Master’s degree in a related human services field; 2 years with mental health clients; active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license; license eligible; travel to Fredericksburg weekly; residents/ supervisees encouraged.

Billing/Utilization Specialist

Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, accounting, or related field; 2+ years medical billing experience; proficient with billing software/EMR; strong communication and multitasking.
