Behavioral Health Program Manager

Manage program activities, supervise staff, provide therapy, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate HIV care, and meet contractual goals.

Data Management Specialist

Bachelor's degree; experience with data management, EHR systems, Excel; bicultural English/Spanish; willing to travel within LA County; 40 hours/week; evenings/weekends often.

Mental Health Clinician

Provide individual, family, and group therapy; crisis intervention; treatment planning; trauma-informed care; community-based services; bilingual preferred.

Community Health Educator

Bachelor’s preferred or 2+ years of relevant experience; HIV/STI testing and MAT knowledge; bilingual English/Spanish; strong interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s in Public Health or Social Services preferred; 2+ years experience; HIV/STI/MAT knowledge; bilingual English/Spanish; proficient in EHR; valid driver license; ability to travel across LA County.

Public health outreach, HIV/STI knowledge, EHR proficiency, bilingual (English/Spanish) required or preferred, strong communication and case management.

Primary Care Coordinator/Medical Assistant

Bachelor’s preferred; Certified Medical Assistant; phlebotomy certification; 2+ years; bilingual English/Spanish; HIV/ LGBTQ+ experience; proficient with EHR.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy; trauma and SMI/COD focus; Master's degree; BBS certification in progress; EHR experience; bilingual English/Spanish; travel within LA County; evenings/weekends.

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology; pursuing or in process for BBS certification; experience with dual diagnosis; bilingual in English and Spanish; proficient in EHR; strong customer service; able to travel within LA county.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years in public health or social services; bilingual in English/Spanish; experience with HIV/STI, LGBTQ+ communities; proficient with EHR; willing to travel within LA County; ability to lift 10 pounds.

Nurse Practitioner

Licensed Nurse Practitioner with DEA registration and BLS; valid California driver’s license; willingness to travel within LA County; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
