Program Manager

Leads PCAP program; supervises staff; ensures fidelity to PCAP; manages documentation, data, budgets; on-site, full-time.

Therapist 

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field; WA licensure path (LMHCA/LMFTA/LSWAIC or independent license LMHC/LMFT/LICSW); 3+ years trauma-focused experience for Therapist II; fluent English required, Spanish desirable.

Child Care Worker 

Entry-level childcare contractor with ability to supervise children, maintain safety, and follow Brigid Collins policies.

Contract childcare contractor; hourly pay $19.12; flexible hours; 3-5 hours per week; background check and trainings required.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; strong interest in trauma-informed family support; excellent communication and confidentiality.
