Licensed or eligible for SLP license in North Dakota; CCC-SLP preferred; graduate of accredited CSD program.

Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program; eligible for OTA licensing in North Dakota; full-time SNF/LTC setting; 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week with Monday–Friday schedule.
