Lead Forklift Operator

Forklift Operator

2-5 years forklift experience in construction/yard; knowledge of lumber/materials; basic math; lead/senior operator experience; bilingual (Spanish/English); high school diploma preferred; must be 18+.

Crane Operator

Operate crane safely, perform inspections, follow safety policies; CDL Class A required; crane operator certification; 2+ years experience; bilingual preferred.

Materials Estimator (Entry Level)

Materials Estimator

2 years estimating experience; strong knowledge of residential blueprints; proficient in Excel; willingness to learn software (MiTek/PlanSwift)

Lead forklift role with 2+ years forklift experience; bilingual Spanish/English; HS diploma/GED preferred; strong math and inventory skills; lead experience preferred.

Truck Driver

CDL-A required; 21+; at least 1 year of Class A driving experience; HS diploma or GED; clean MVR; able to work in all weather; DOT and company compliance; math skills.

General Laborer 

General labor experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; basic math; must be 18+.

Wall Panel Designer 

Design wall panels with MiTek; prepare layouts/pricing; coordinate with vendors and field team; associates degree and 2 years truss design experience; MS Office/AutoCAD; MiTek preferred.

Truss Designer

Two years of estimating experience; strong math skills; blueprints knowledge; proficient with Microsoft Excel; experience with Planswift or BlueBeam; good communication; willing to learn new software.

Design Trainee

General construction/framing experience preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of framing, blueprints, and construction documents; professional communication.

Material Handler

1 year construction forklift experience; operate heavy equipment; load/unload lumber; perform inventory counts; work outdoors; overtime as needed.

2+ years crane operation; crane operator certification; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain; bilingual helpful; read load plans; safety-focused.

Forklift Operator 

High school diploma preferred; no minimum experience required; basic math/inventory knowledge; must be 18+.

Material Estimator

Prepare material take-offs and cost estimates for residential projects; interpret drawings; manage price sheets; experience with estimating software; strong Excel.

 General Laborer

Manufacturing or lumber experience; basic math; must be 18+; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand for long periods.

Associate’s degree and two years related experience in designing trusses; proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD; MiTek experience preferred; knowledge of framing, blueprints, and construction documents; strong communication with customers and teams.

Truss Designer 

Two years of estimating experience; strong math skills; blueprints knowledge; proficient in Excel; familiar with Planswift/BlueBeam; able to interact with customers and field staff.

No prior experience required; basic construction knowledge preferred; proficient with Microsoft Office; good communication; willing to learn MiTek software.

Forklift Operator 

High school diploma/GED preferred but not required. No minimum experience required; prior construction forklift experience preferred. Must be at least 18.
