Teller

High school education; ability to operate online teller terminal; basic math and clerical skills; attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills.

Director of Digital & Product Marketing

5+ years leadership in digital marketing; SEM/SEO; analytics; product marketing; budget and team management; financial services experience preferred.

Director of Sales & Service

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive leadership in sales/service; financial services or credit union experience preferred; must travel and have a valid driver’s license.

Mortgage Lender

Mortgage lending experience, high school education, able to pass background checks and notary requirements, and proficient with core systems. Driver's license required.

Member Service Representative Floater

Member Service Representative

High school education required; strong communication and cash handling skills; ability to pass background check; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Contact Center Representative

Assist members by phone/in person; handle inquiries, basic transactions, referrals; multi-line switchboard; build relationships; knowledge of online banking.

Assist members with teller transactions, balance cash drawer, and promote products; strong customer service and accuracy required.

Cash handling, customer service, basic math, and ability to operate teller terminals and office equipment; balance cash and process transactions.

Treasury Management Operations Specialist

5+ years banking experience in Treasury Management or commercial operations; knowledge of NACHA, OFAC, AML/KYC; billing processes; TM systems; strong communication and analytical skills; CPP/PM or vendor coordination a plus.
