Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide patient care as an LPN, administer medications, assist with exams, document in EHR, and support coordination in outpatient clinic.

LPN licensed in Ohio with BLS, prior outpatient/primary care experience preferred; skilled in EHR use and patient-centered care.

Dentist

Ohio-licensed dentist with Medicaid/Medicare provider eligibility; strong clinical skills; experience in denture fabrication, extractions, restorations; ability to work with diverse populations.

Medical Call Center Representative

1+ year customer service; healthcare setting preferred; HIPAA compliance; EPIC and Microsoft Office experience preferred; high school diploma or GED.

Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner with Ohio licensure, board-certified, DEA certificate, BLS, NP program completed, EPIC/EMR experience.

Physician Assistant

PA with ARC-PA accredited program, NCCPA certification, Ohio license; 100 hours CME every 2 years; maintain physician supervision agreement; BLS; EPIC familiarity preferred.

Master’s degree from an ARC-PA accredited program; current NCCPA; Ohio certificate to prescribe and to practice; 100 CME hours every 2 years with recertification exam every 10 years (min 12 pharmacology hours); active physician supervision agreement; BLS; EPIC and MS Office familiarity.

Graduate of an accredited nursing school; completed NP program; ANCC or equivalent board certification; current Ohio RN license with authority; DEA with Ohio prescribing authority; valid BLS; EMR/Outlook experience; EPIC preferred.
