Water Plant Operator - In-Training

Water Plant Operator

High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year water system ops exp; IL driver license; obtain Class B CDL with air brakes and tanker in 2 years; obtain Illinois Water Supply Operator Class C in Training within 3 years; exposure to electrical/mechanical equipment.

GIS Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Geography, Computer Science, or related field; 3+ years GIS experience; ESRI GIS platforms; ESRI/GISP certifications or ability to obtain; asset management experience preferred.

Engineering Technician

Assoc degree in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent); ability to read plans; knowledge of roadway and utility construction; proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, MS Office; basic surveying; valid IL driver's license.

Senior Civil Engineer

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; Illinois PE license; 5+ years municipal civil engineering; 1+ year supervisory; Floodplain Manager (CFM) a plus; Illinois driver’s license.

Civil Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Engineer in Training or ability to obtain within 1 year; 1+ year professional design and project management in municipal sector; Illinois driver’s license; available for occasional evening/weekend hours.
