High school diploma or GED; 18-30 years old with lived experience related to social/emotional/medical/developmental/substance use/behavioral challenges; strong advocacy and communication skills; ability to lift up to 40 lbs; valid NY driver license.

Family Peer Advocate

Entry level, part-time per diem role. HS diploma or GED; lived experience as a parent of a child with special needs; strong advocacy and communication skills; knowledge of recovery approaches; ability to lift 40 lbs; valid NY driver’s license.

Direct Support Professional - Boys Community Residence

Direct Support Professional

High school diploma or equivalency; some experience in human service field; strong written/interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team; flexible schedule; ability to operate a vehicle in NY.

Care Manager Level 2 - Adult Care Management

Bachelor’s degree in health or human services; two years’ experience with special needs populations; strong organizational and communication skills; computer skills.

Behavioral Health Professional Level 1 - Functional Family Therapy

Behavioral Health Professional

Masters in social work, psychology, or mental health counseling; LMSW preferred; 2 years behavioral health experience; valid NY driver license; able to operate a vehicle.
