Assess eligibility for HEAP, interview clients, collect docs; strong communication; associate degree; First Aid/CPR; 1 year program experience.

BILINGUAL INTEGRATED CLINICIAN

Bilingual Integrated Clinician

Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling; Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) within three months of hire; bilingual in Spanish; valid NYS driver’s license preferred.

Self Directed Services Staff

High School diploma preferred; driving may be required; NY driver’s license and reliable vehicle required; 1 year of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.

High School diploma preferred; driver license required if driving; minimum 1 year experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred; valid NY driver license and insured vehicle if driving; ability to work varied shifts; strong communication and compliance.

Associates Degree in human services field or related field preferred; two years’ experience in human services preferred; NY driver’s license; proficient with Microsoft Office and data/documentation management.

Housing Case Manager - Licensed

Associate’s degree preferred; two years’ experience in human services or related field preferred.
