HS diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to assist individuals with behavioral health needs; pass background check; willing to drive a vehicle with required liability insurance.

Client Support Specialist- PRP

Client Support Specialist

High school diploma; 2 years in human services preferred; computer skills; clean driving record; valid driver’s license; ability to transport clients.

Client Support Specialist (Case Manager)

Assist clients in developing rehabilitation plans, coordinate services, document progress, maintain records, provide transportation; requires high school diploma and 2 years in human services.

Program Coordinator- Residential Rehabilitation

Program Coordinator

BA/BS in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, or related field; 3+ years in Human Services; 2+ years supervisory; PRA certification within 6 months.

Residential Coach: FT/PT; 2x20 hr shifts; overnight with pay; OT potential; HS diploma; driver's license; vehicle insurance; background check.
