Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services; at least 1 year MRDD experience; NYS driver license; reliable vehicle; ability to read, analyze, present information, and solve problems.

Assistant Residence Manager

Provide direct care, supervise staff, coordinate shifts, document and report; requires HS diploma, Associate preferred, 1+ year experience with I/DD; NY driver license; ability to lift 50 lbs.

Vice President CDS Housing

Vice President

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Finance, Real Estate, Public Administration or related field; Master’s preferred. 10+ years in affordable housing development and property management; minimum 5 years in leadership. Strong financial, regulatory, and leadership skills.

Residential Intake Coordinator

Manager of Nursing Services

Licensed NY RN; BSN preferred; 3 years supervisory experience preferred, 1 year required; experience with developmentally disabled; strong leadership and clinical skills.

Behavior Intervention Specialist II

Masters in social work or psychology, or BCBA with related degree; NY license in mental health counseling; reliable transportation with NY driver's license; ability to lift 50 lbs; strong communication; independent work ability.

Nurse Educator

BSN required; NY RN license; experience with developmental disabilities; training/teaching experience preferred; 18+, valid NY driver's license.

I/DD Registered Nurse. Monday-Friday. No On Call! 

Registered Nurse

Licensed RN in New York; experience or training in intellectual and developmental disabilities; weekend or on-call not required; salary info provided; sign-on bonus offered.

Accounts Payable and Contract Specialist

Accounts payable and contract administration duties; attention to detail; ability to work with vendors and internal teams.

Production Worker- Relief 

Production Worker

High school diploma or equivalent; 18+; valid NYS driver license; able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Direct Support Professional

Assist individuals with disabilities with daily living, document services, and promote community inclusion.

Content and Communications Specialist

Strong writing, editing, and content creation; experience in marketing communications and public relations; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

Director of Marketing and Communications

Director-level marketing and communications leadership; 5+ years exp; 2+ years supervisory; strong leadership, media relations, and digital skills.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in NY; one year experience in developmental disabilities preferred; valid NY driver’s license; ability to perform requirements with accommodations.

Treatment Coordinator

Supervise staff, coordinate programs for participants with IDD; ensure IPP implementation; develop curricula; document progress and maintain records.

Van Driver (CDL Required) 

Van Driver

CDL with P endorsement; NYS driver license; 21+; able to lift 50 lbs; 1 year driving experience; NYS 19-A compliance.
