Nurse with 2+ years nursing experience. Oregon LPN/RN license. CPR/First Aid. Supervisory experience.

Utility Floor Tech

0-1 years experience in cleaning/support roles; ability to lift 25 lbs; strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork.

Registered Nurse (RN)

1-3 years of similar experience; current Oregon RN license; CPR and First Aid certifications.

Occupational Therapist
