Secondary Press Operator W shift

Secondary Press Operator

Operate and monitor up to 800-ton stamping press; ensure quality parts per standards; perform inspections; use Plex ERP; lift up to 40 lbs; read JES; join cross-training as needed.

Press Packer W shift

Press Packer

High school or equivalent; able to read/write/speak English; 18+; physically capable of standing 8-10 hrs; willing to work 40 hrs weekly; manufacturing experience a plus.

Automatic Press Operator 1st Shift

General Manager

Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years leading multi-shift production; strong leadership; P&L, strategic planning, ERP/MRP; safety, quality, and productivity knowledge; Plex ERP experience; automotive industry experience.

Environmental, Health and Safety Compliance Officer

5-10 years EHS experience in manufacturing; BS in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Sciences (MS preferred); automotive/heavy manufacturing background; OSHA 10/30; ISO 14001/45001 Lead Auditor; GSP/ASP/CSP; First Aid/CPR/AED instructor preferred; strong MS Office and EHS data systems; ability to travel.

Weld Engineer 2nd Shift

Weld Engineer

Bachelor’s in Welding Engineering or related field; 1-3 years welding manufacturing experience; expertise in GMAW, RSW, DAW; robotic welding; strong documentation and training skills.

Facilities Maintenance 1st Shift

Facilities Maintenance

Perform janitorial, maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing; 1-2 years experience; HS diploma preferred; able to work with minimal supervision.

Tool & Die Repair

Tool & Die Maker

High school diploma; Journeyman or apprenticeship preferred; 2+ years tool and die experience; Mastercam/SolidWorks preferred; ability to work 12 hours; hi-lo license required.

Maintenance Mechanic, Weld

Maintenance Mechanic

Maintain and repair production machinery; operate welding and maintenance equipment; 3rd shift in Holland, MI; forklift and scissor lift licenses; strong reliability and teamwork.

18+ years old; ability to stand 8-10 hours; High School Diploma or GED; full-time position on 2nd shift.

Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in operation leadership; strong leadership and P&L/business acumen; ERP experience preferred; union experience and automotive industry knowledge preferred.

Die Setter Z Shift

Die Setter

Die setting on stamping presses, quality policy understanding, basic measurement and math skills, 18+ with HS diploma/GED, 1-3 months related experience; metal stamping experience preferred.

Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer with 5+ years’ experience; associate degree; located in Holland, MI; responsible for quality systems and APQP/PPAP.

Quality Manager

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, minimum three years' experience in a quality role, automotive industry experience required.
