Breakfast Cook

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury setting; strong English communication; flexible schedule including holidays; high-paced environment; team player.

Server Assistant (Food Runner/Support)

Server Assistant

Energetic, attentive, and detail-oriented; hospitality passion; able to work in fast-paced environment; evenings/weekends; prior restaurant experience preferred but not required.

Bartender/Mixologist

3–5 years in upscale/wine-focused venues; strong mixology and wine knowledge; experience in cohesive restaurant concepts; cocktail/wine service; not eligible for H-2B sponsorship.

Restaurant Supervisor

2–4 years of restaurant leadership or supervisory experience; upscale/fine dining background preferred; strong communication and leadership skills; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays; knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service

Sous Chef

Experience in fine dining, banquet service; leadership; food prep, kitchen operations and safety; strong communication and team management.

Turndown Attendant

Attention to detail; ability to work alone or in a small team; exceptional customer service; experience cleaning in a luxury hotel.

Barback

Entry-level bar support role; willingness to learn; ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment; teamwork mindset; flexible schedule.
