Right of Way Agent

Experience in real estate/land rights; must have NY Notary Public license or obtain within 3 months; travel regularly; in-office role.

Data/Document Specialist

Experience with Microsoft Office, database entry, reporting; ability to read title reports; knowledge of land/right-of-way documents; detail-oriented.

Title Agent

Experience in title research, digital workflows, and surface titles for right-of-way; remote work option.

Experience acquiring right of way for electric, gas, or communications projects; NY Notary Public license or ability to obtain within 3 months.

In-house Abstractor/Title Specialist with expertise in digital workflows, online title searches, and surface title work for right of way acquisition; proficient with title research and reporting.

Experience in title research, digital workflows, and surface titles for right-of-way; willing to travel in New York; per diem available.

Experience in title research; knowledge of land records, abstracts, and metes and bounds; proficient in Excel and title software.

Experience in title research, digital workflows, and county clerk records; ability to compile abstracts and identify title defects; proficient in Excel and mapreading.

Sr. Right of Way Agent (In House)

Experience in acquiring linear right of way for private landowners and negotiating property rights for electric transmission.

Project Manager

Experience coordinating land management and real estate rights; manage budgets, schedules, and external contractors for utility/energy projects.

Right of Way Agent 

Experience in pipeline right of way, acquiring easements and land rights; strong negotiation, document research, and travel ability.

Right of Way Agent (Embedded)

Experience acquiring property rights for utilities; knowledge of real estate; GIS and MS Office proficiency; strong communication; valid driver’s license.

Right of Way Agent (In-House)

Experience in right of way, property rights, and land acquisition; strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to travel.

3+ years in real estate/land management with budgeting, and stakeholder coordination; PMP or equivalent preferred.

Experienced title researcher skilled in land records, title research, and right-of-way work; willingness to travel within New York; per diem offered; remote work available.

Experience managing field right of way staff on electric transmission projects; strong negotiation, data handling, and reporting skills.

General Application
