Physician

MD or DO with active U.S. licensure; graduate medical training; board certification preferred; 1+ year of supervised clinical training; EMR knowledge preferred.

Nurse Practitioner

Master's degree; RN and NP licensure in state; nationally certified NP; BLS; ACLS may be required; 3+ years NP experience; EMR experience; strong computer skills.
