Director of Resource Development

Lead major gifts program; manage Board engagement; develop donor ecosystem and stewardship.

Youth Advisory Board Facilitator

Facilitate six-week internship program; develop curriculum; youth facilitation; travel within Monroe County; bachelor’s preferred; commitment to equity and youth voice.

Clinical Case Manager (ATI): LMSW/LCSW

Clinical Case Manager

LMSW or LCSW; trauma-informed mental health counseling; experience with adults and youths; knowledge of evidence-based mental health interventions; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Judicial Accountability Strategist

Two years in political or community organizing or NY court legal practice; J.D. strongly preferred but not required; familiarity with NY court system.

Transition Advocate

Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred; experience facilitating youth groups; curriculum development; strong communication; commitment to equity; collaborative work; recovery/justice experience a plus.

Outreach Specialist

Coordinate outreach, recruitment, screening, eligibility assessments, enrollment, and program intake for parenting/fatherhood, CBTI, and workforce programs; collaborate with partners; meet recruitment metrics.

Employment Specialist (2 Positions)

Employment Specialist

Provide employment and career support; develop individual career plans; transport participants; coordinate with employers; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; valid NYS driver’s license and vehicle access required.

Youth Recovery Coach

Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; two years relevant experience; knowledge of peer support; willingness to travel; valid NYS driver's license and reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance.

Clinical Case Manager (LMSW/LCSW)

LMSW or LCSW with experience in trauma-informed mental health care and working with adults/young adults involved with the criminal/juvenile justice system.

Licensed Practical Nurse  (P/T up to 10 Hrs per week)

Licensed Practical Nurse

LPN license required; 3+ years preferred; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus; experience with electronic medical records; strong teamwork.

Mitigation Specialist (Rochester)

Mitigation Specialist

Strong persuasive writing; master's in psychology/social work/forensic psychology or related field; willingness to travel; NY driver’s license; ability to independently manage cases.

Mitigation Specialist (Westchester)

Strong persuasive writing; experience with diverse populations; master’s degree in psychology/social work/forensic psychology/restorative justice (or related field); NYS driver’s license and ability to travel across NY.
