Resident Support Specialist

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred; 2+ years management in social services; 3+ years homeless services can override education; English proficiency; various certifications and fitness requirements.

Part-time resident support role requiring HS diploma or GED, 1-2 years related experience preferred; strong communication skills; English proficiency; basic computer skills; ability to tour properties and climb stairs.

Rental Supplement Program Counselor

Bachelor's degree preferred; experience with homeless/housing programs; English proficiency; basic computer skills; valid driver’s license; strong communication and organizational skills.

Case Manager Supervisor

Bachelor's in social work or psychology; 5 years in social services with 2 years of supervision; 7 years case management and 3 years supervisory can substitute education; English proficiency required; multilingual and Spanish prioritized; MS Word/Excel/Outlook; experience with CARES/HOME/CAPS/AWARDS recommended; experience with homeless populations and partnerships essential.

Residential Support Specialist

Part-time resident support role requiring English proficiency; 1-2 years related experience preferred; HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Oversee Residential Aide staff; ensure services meet guidelines; manage shifts and safety.

Full-time shift supervisor role overseeing Residential Aide staff; requires HS diploma or GED, 2+ years in social services management; English proficiency, first aid/CPR, food handler, F-80 Fire Safety certification or ability to obtain; computer skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; multi-lingual preferred.

Overnight Resident Support Specialist

Part-time Overnight Resident Support Specialist with HS diploma or GED preferred; 1–2 years related experience; English proficiency; bi-lingual a plus.

Case Manager

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s in social work or psychology preferred; 2+ years in case management or related social services; multilingual ability a plus.

Per Diem Resident Support Specialist-Eastern Suffolk County

High School Diploma or GED; 1-2 years related experience preferred; English proficiency; basic computer skills; ability to work per diem shifts; strong communication and organizational skills.

Per Diem Resident Support Specialist-Western Suffolk and Nassau County

High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years related experience preferred; English proficiency required; bilingual Spanish a plus; basic MS Windows/MS Office; ability to work independently or in a team; highly organized; able to multitask and handle deadlines.

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred. 3+ years in homeless or social services management; 2+ years in supervisory roles. English proficiency required; multilingual/spanish preferred. First Aid/CPR and Food Handler certificates. F-80 Fire Safety Coordinator certification or ability to obtain within 30 days. Proficiency in MS Office; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; strong organizational and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology; 5 years of experience with 2 years of supervisory experience in social services; experience with immigrants prioritized; 7+ years case management and 3+ years supervisory in past 10 years may substitute education; English proficiency required; multilingual and Spanish prioritized; computer skills in MS Word/Excel/Outlook; experience with CARES/HOME/CAPS/AWARDS prioritized; strong budgeting, field visits, and partnership-building skills.

Food Handler

Part-time food handler with high school diploma or GED; NYS Food Handler’s Certificate preferred; 1-2 years food service experience; English proficiency; ability to work independently or in a team; strong organization and attention to detail.

Resident Support Specialist - Per Diem

High School Diploma or GED preferred; 1-2 years related experience; English proficiency required; bilingual Spanish a plus.
