Regional Clinical Director

Master’s or doctoral in behavioral science; 3+ years supervisory; licensed as LCSW/LCSW-S or licensed eligible; fluent in English and Spanish; background checks; driver license; CPR/First Aid; experience in community-based/ residential/ school-based programs.

Lead Medical Coordinator

RN with BSN; 5 years RN experience and 2 years management; English and Spanish fluency; RN license in state of program; BLS; First Aid; CPR.

Two years in behavioral sciences or human services; fluency in English and Spanish; high school diploma required; CPR/First Aid; pre-employment and criminal background checks; willingness to work evenings/weekends.

Youth Care Professional

Provide youth care in a residential setting; requires high school diploma; 1 year experience; bilingual English/Spanish; CPR/First Aid; shifts evenings; strong documentation and crisis intervention skills.

HS diploma required; CPR/First aid; 1 year child welfare experience; preferred 2+ years in related field.

Medical Coordinator

RN/LVN license required; minimum 1 year in child welfare; 5 years RN/LVN + 2 years management recommended; pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Shelter Manager

Bilingual Spanish/English; associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology or related); graduate degree preferred; First Aid, CPR, Emergency Behavior Intervention certifications; 1 year related experience required, 2+ years preferred.

One year of related experience; high school diploma required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; First Aid, CPR, and Emergency Behavior Intervention certifications.

Unit Manager

Unit Manager role requiring English and Spanish, high school diploma (associate preferred), first aid/CPR, 1 year related experience (2+ preferred), will require pre-employment drug screens and background checks.
