Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field; at least 2 years in content creation/digital communications/nonprofit marketing; strong writing/editing; CMS/Email platforms; SEO and accessibility; event support; MS Office; Canva/Adobe CS preferred.

Case Manager 2, Medical Day Care Services Waiver

Case Manager

Case management experience; bachelor’s strongly preferred; Medicaid/long-term care knowledge helpful; strong communication and coordination skills.

Clinical Care Coordinator 

Active Maryland LMSW/LCSW-C or RN; 2+ years case management; pediatric experience preferred; CCM certification within 2 years.

RN or LMSW/LCSW-C license; 2 years case management; willingness to obtain CCM within 2 years.

Spanish Interpreter

Two years of Spanish interpreting experience; interpreting certification preferred; strong organization and time management.

RN licensed in Maryland; 2 years of case management experience; pediatric experience preferred; CCM certification within 2 years.

Life Care Planner

RN/LCSW/LMSW-C license required; RN license preferred; Bachelor’s in health-related field required; Master’s preferred; CCM or ACM certification required; at least 5 years of case management with medical-based clients.

RN licensed in Maryland with 2 years of case management; pediatric experience preferred; CCM certification within 2 years.

RN license (Maryland); two years of case management; CCM certification within two years; pediatric experience preferred; teleworking with regular client visits in the community.

Coordinator of Community Services

Community Services Coordinator

Bachelor's degree in a human service focus or an Associate's degree with two years of experience, or seven years of specific human service work experience required.

Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent experience required; experience in coordinating services for individuals with disabilities preferred.

Active Maryland Social Work license (LMSW, LCSW-C) or Maryland Registered Nurse license (RN) required; two years of case management experience; pediatric experience preferred.

Homeless Support Services Coordinator

Bachelor's degree in a human services related field, two years of case management experience, and strong critical thinking skills required. Spanish-speaking preferred.
