Sales Consultant- Commercial (Central & Eastern Iowa)

Sales Consultant

Promotes precast products, estimates project costs, manages customer projects and coordinates bid/proposals.

Sales Consultant- Commercial

Sell and estimate commercial precast projects; manage projects to meet specs and schedule; develop and promote marketing initiatives.

Sell products, estimate costs, manage projects, develop marketing, review bids, ensure contracts.

Sales and estimating role requiring knowledge of precast concrete, client coordination, bid/proposal preparation, and project management.

General Laborer

High school diploma preferred; CT driver’s license required; 3-5 years construction experience; 2-3 years operating construction tools/equipment.

Precast Chief Engineer

BS in Civil or Structural Engineering; 5-10 years in precast prestressed concrete; PE or SE license; strong reading of contract docs and shop drawings; proficient in MS Office, MathCAD, FEM software; AutoCAD; Revit preferred.

REVIT Modeler

2 years REVIT experience; associate degree in design/architectural/CAD or 2 years drafting; AutoCAD a plus; detail-oriented; good communication; able to manage multiple projects.

Quality Control Technician

High school graduate; knowledge of manufacturing processes; ability to read prints; ACI/PCI certified or willing to obtain; basic computer skills.

Project Manager

5+ years construction experience; degree in engineering or construction; precast concrete experience; strong management, communication, and organization; MS Office; AutoCAD preferred; LEED AP a plus

Concrete General Laborer

Concrete Laborer

Lift 50-100 lbs, stand up to 12 hours, operate forming/pouring, wear steel-toed boots, 1st shift, full-time, some weekends, all weather.

Mechanics- Construction Equipment

Mechanic

Maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance and repair of construction equipment; requires experience with mechanical repairs and safety procedures.

Construction Laborer

No experience required; on-the-job training; able to lift heavy items; use hand/tools; follow instructions; safety-focused; attend regularly.

Bachelor's degree; at least 2 years business development; English proficiency; read construction drawings; willing to travel; valid driving record.

Flux Core / Stick Welder

Welder

Weld with 7018 electrode and Dual Shielded Wire; read drawings; lift up to 100 lbs; work 8-12 hour shifts, sometimes Saturdays; PCI certification required.

Maintenance Mechanic- Construction

Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance on equipment, inspect drives, motors, belts, replace filters, and perform other routine tasks; maintain parts inventory; ensure safety.

Maintenance Mechanic- Heavy Equipment

Maintenance of heavy equipment and machinery; includes preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.
