General Crime Victim Advocate

Advocate I/II roles requiring degrees in psychology, social work, or human services; experience with crisis response; 40-hour sexual assault certification or ability to complete within 6 months; valid driver’s license; Microsoft Office proficiency.

Day One Call Center Hotline Advocate

Call Center Hotline Advocate

Provide trauma-informed, survivor-centered crisis support via phone/text/email/chat; entry-level role with relevant experience preferred.

Housing Stability Advocate

Minimum 2 years in domestic violence support, housing advocacy, or related field; trauma-informed, survivor-centered; knowledge of housing programs and benefits; strong advocacy and communication; valid driver’s license.

Cornerstone Advocacy Service

Front Desk Internship

Unpaid internship; entry-level front desk support with administrative tasks.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 1+ year direct crisis response; trauma-informed, survivor-centered approach; ability to travel between Minneapolis and Bloomington.
