Full-time Behavior Technician

Behavior Technician

RBT certification required or willing to obtain within 90 days; High School diploma required; preferred: college coursework/degree and autism experience.

After-School Program Mentor 

RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days; HS diploma required; preferred related degree and autism experience; reliable transportation; able to lift up to 75 lbs; travel to client homes.

Center Director

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 3–5+ years leadership/management experience; proven ability to drive operational metrics; experience leading teams in service-based environments; strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

RBT certification required or willing to obtain within 90 days; HS diploma required; preferred: related college coursework and experience with autism.

Autism Center Worker

RBT certification required or willingness to obtain within 90 days; high school diploma required; preferred college coursework and experience with autism; reliable transportation and ability to work in client homes; clean driving record.

RBT certification required or willing to obtain within 90 days; High School diploma; experience with autism spectrum disorders preferred.

Remote BCBA (Part-time, 3pm-7pm MST)

BCBA

Master’s degree, active BCBA, 8-hour supervision, 2+ years BCBA experience (3+ preferred), Utah or South Dakota licensure, remote experience preferred, quarterly travel.

Staff Psychologist (Remote)

Staff Psychologist

PhD in Counseling or Clinical Psychology; eligible for PSYPACT authorization.

BCBA (Full-Time, Remote)

Master's degree; Active BCBA certification; 8-Hour Supervision course; minimum 2 years BCBA experience (3+ preferred); licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Utah or South Dakota (or eligible); remote experience preferred; willingness to travel quarterly; proficient in English; can lift up to 50 lbs.

Postdoctoral Psychologist

Doctorate in Counseling, Clinical, or School Psychology; eligible for Psychology Resident status in Utah; strong interest in neurodiversity-focused assessment and treatment; experience with children, adolescents, and young adults.
