Human Services Worker

Part-time human services worker; HS diploma/GED required; associate or BA preferred; CT driver’s license; Spanish/English bilingual desirable.

High school diploma/GED; associate or bachelor's degree preferred; human services experience with justice-involved clients; bilingual Spanish/English preferred; CT driver’s license and transportation; weekend/holiday hours.

Lead Human Services Worker - Transitional House

Lead Human Services Worker

Three years of experience in human services; one year of supervising staff; bilingual (Spanish/English) desired; valid CT driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to work weekends/holidays; high school diploma/GED or associate/bachelor’s degree with related experience.

Staff Accountant

Bachelor’s degree in accounting; 1-3 years experience preferred; proficiency with general ledger systems and MS Office; valid driver’s license required; full-time onsite role.

Crew Leader

Two-year degree in Social Services or Criminal Justice; supervisory experience; CT driver’s license; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Program Manager

Five years of management and three years of supervisory experience in criminal justice or social work; residential experience; valid driver’s license; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Senior Accountant

Bachelor’s degree in accounting; 3+ years in AP/AR/GL; nonprofit accounting experience preferred; CPA/CPA requirements noted; valid driver’s license; full-time in-office.

Bachelor’s in criminal justice or social science; 3+ years supervisory experience in criminal justice or social work; valid driver’s license; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least five years’ experience leading a residential program or reentry services; strong communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
