Lease Operator

3+ years oilfield lease operator experience; willingness to work nights; live within 50 miles of McCoy, TX.

Minimum 3 years lease operating experience; strong knowledge of artificial lift; must live within 50 miles of Dilley, TX.

3-5 years experience; intermediate level; provide technical/functional and/or administrative support; basic problem solving; knowledge of production processes and equipment.

Electrician Offshore

Electrician

Offshore electrical maintenance, safety standards, PLC familiarity, and ability to work independently.

Flowback Operator

Oil & gas flowback operations experience; safety-focused; operate/maintain production equipment; familiar with field tools; strong communication; valid driver’s license.

Field Technician

High school diploma or GED; mechanical aptitude; valid driver license; ability to learn oil and gas production systems; basic computer skills; willing to work in the field.

Production Operator A

Production Operator

5+ years offshore production experience; high school diploma; pass A-Operator assessment; TWIC preferred.

Lease Operator (Williamsport area)

High School Diploma; 2 years oil and gas experience; valid driver’s license; basic computer knowledge; strong mechanical aptitude.

Chemical Technician

Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience supporting production chemical applications in oil and gas; strong mechanical aptitude; Excel proficiency; ability to analyze field data and follow technical procedures.

Compression Mechanic

1+ years of compression or mechanical experience; HS Diploma/GED; strong troubleshooting; independent field repair; on-call; good communication.
