Behavioral Health Case Manager

Bachelor's in human services required; Master's preferred; CADC certification preferred; experience with substance use, mental health, and case management; EHR experience preferred

Behavioral Health Provider

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Human Service field; Illinois license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or LP); mental health experience; training in multiple therapies; ability to supervise; multicultural work experience preferred.

Desktop Support Technician

Provide desktop hardware/software support; configure hardware/software; manage licenses; assist Director of IT; strong customer service.

Dental Assistant

High school diploma or equivalent; CPR; Expanded Functions Certification (assistance to obtain); bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Registered Nurse

RN license in Illinois, CPR certification, nursing program graduate, continuing education requirements.

Behavioral Health Consultant

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; license track (LCSW/LCPC) pursued; 3+ years in mental health clinical services; training in multiple therapies; multicultural experience preferred.

Dentist

DDS or DMD from an accredited US dental school; IL license; CPR; Federal DEA; IL Controlled Substance License.

Registered Nurse Non-Stress Test

Illinois RN license, CPR, fetal monitoring course, strong obstetric knowledge, computer proficiency, team collaboration.

Dental Hygienist

Full-time dental hygienist; works with the dental team and medical colleagues; reports to the Dental Unit Manager and Department Chair.

Specialty Clinic RN Case Manager

RN with Illinois license; CPR; ambulatory care experience; prior authorization and patient assistance knowledge; EMR experience.

Health Educator

Nursing license in Illinois; CPR; diabetic education certification preferred.

Nurse Practitioner
