Manager Trainee

Recent graduates from a 2-year technical/trade program or a 4-year college/university; leadership potential; eagerness to rotate across departments and develop in operations leadership.

Recent graduates from a 2-year technical/trade or 4-year college program; strong leadership, communication, analytical skills; seeking a management track in operations.

Business Training Specialist

5+ years experience in training/mentoring or supervisory roles; strong facilitation, communication, and safety/operational knowledge; travel across ME/NH/VT/MA/NY; Bachelor’s degree.

Service Technicians

Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing residential/commercial oil and/or propane heating equipment; valid driver’s license; HAZMAT/Propane license a plus; able to work with minimal supervision.

Service Tech - Oil Burner Apprentice

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred; valid driver’s license; CETP certification for propane technicians.

Service Technician - LP Apprentice

Service Technician

Installs and repairs propane and/or oil burner equipment with strong customer service; must have driver’s license and high school diploma.

Delivery Driver

CDL B with Hazmat; 1+ year driving; clean record; safety focus; customer service; able to work Saturdays in heating season.

Service Technician - Oil Burner Apprentice

Apprentice or Journeyman level in oil/propane service; high school diploma; valid driver’s license; EPA/CETP certifications as applicable.

HVAC Service Technician

Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of oil/propane heating equipment; valid driver’s license; propane CETP certification; pre-employment physical; Hazmat endorsement/licensing a plus.

Service Technician - Oil Burner Journeyman

Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing oil/propane heating equipment; CDL/HAZMAT or propane license a plus; valid driver’s license; pass pre-employment physical.

Credit-Collection Analyst

High school diploma required; college degree preferred; experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable; strong communication and analytical skills.
