2 years experience with persons with developmental disabilities or caregiving; High School diploma; valid driver’s license; basic math and computer skills.

Community Enrichment Center - Hutchinson DSP

Direct Support Professional

High school diploma/equivalent preferred; prior direct care experience preferred; valid driver's license; good communication; ability to lift 50 pounds.

Disability Supports

Direct Support Professional - Hutchinson

Experience in direct care preferred; high school diploma preferred; ability to lift 50 lbs; PPE may be required.

Direct Support Professional - Hutchinson Overnight

Experience: prior direct care preferred; HS diploma/equivalent preferred; ability to lift 50 lbs; PPE as needed.

Must be at least 25 years old. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license and accident-free driving record for past 3 years. CDL preferred but not required. Good math/grammar skills. Able to lift 35 pounds and assist with wheelchairs. Strong communication and compassion for individuals with disabilities.
