10+ years of experience in natural gas transmission projects; bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, planning, or related field; strong regulatory knowledge (FERC, NEPA); proficient in project management tools.

Director of Environmental Planning

20+ years leading complex environmental planning CEQA/NEPA projects; senior leadership; business development; CA/Northern CA focus; BS or MS in environmental science or related field.

Urban Planner – Community Planning 

Urban Planner

Bachelor's degree in urban planning or related field; 2-7 years planning experience; strong writing and coordination skills; willingness to travel; hybrid work flexibility; able to lift 50 lb.

Landscape Architect/Landscape Restoration Specialist

5+ years in landscape architecture, ecological restoration, or related fields; strong design, construction docs, and project management skills.

20+ years in energy planning and project management; CEQA/NEPA experience; consulting background; BA/MA in environmental field; strong PM, business development, writing and communication skills.

Geomorphologist

5+ years in geomorphology for river, estuary, and coastal restoration; licensed Geologist in WA/OR or eligible within 12 months; bachelor’s in a relevant science/engineering field; strong communication and mentoring skills; GIS and modeling experience.

Archaeological Field Technician (On-Call)

Archaeological Field Technician

On-Call Archaeological Field Technicians in Northern California; archaeology/anthropology/paleontology background, field experience, valid driver’s license, ability to carry 50 lbs, travel may be required.
