Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field; bilingual in English/Spanish; pursuing licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT or equivalent); pediatric and trauma-informed experience preferred; strong care coordination skills.

HIV Outreach Specialist

High school diploma; outreach experience; knowledge of HIV/AIDS and community resources; bilingual Spanish/English; strong organization and communication skills.

Registered Dietitian

Bilingual (Spanish/English); Registered Dietitian with PA licensure; diabetes care and education background; strong counseling and group education skills; proficient in EMR and MS Office; aligns with Christian faith in care.

Physician

Board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics; Spanish proficiency preferred; experience in underserved communities; strong organizational and communication skills; licensure and hospital privileges.

Nurse Practitioner

Licensed Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years in primary care; strong communication and teamwork; able to integrate faith into care; Christian values.

Clerical Assistant

Bilingual in English and Spanish; high school diploma; 1+ year customer service; strong computer and data entry skills; ability to manage multiple tasks; excellent communication; maintains confidentiality; reliable and trustworthy.
