Masters in Occupational Therapy or OT credential; licensure/certifications; background check; Level One Fingerprint; travel to client homes; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Physical Therapist

Licensure as a Physical Therapist; able to pass background check and obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card; bilingual skills optional.

Masters in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) or COTA; background check and fingerprint clearance; travel to clients; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Service Coordinator

Entry-level Service Coordinator to process referrals, schedule meetings, conduct screenings per AzEIP, maintain files, coordinate assessments; Bachelor's in a related field; background clearance; travel; bilingual a plus.

Masters in Occupational Therapy; OT R/L or COTA; license/certifications; background check; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; ability to travel to client homes.

Developmental Special Instructionist

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related field; 6+ months pediatric experience; valid driver’s license; fingerprint clearance; ability to lift 25 lbs; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Speech Language Pathologist

Provide evaluations, assessments and ongoing therapy for children; develop individualized plans; collaborate with families; maintain documentation; flexible hybrid schedule.

Master's in Speech Language Pathology; licensed or eligible to practice; background check required; flexible schedule; hybrid service delivery.

Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Bachelor’s degree with SLPA licensure; 3-5 years related experience; pass background checks.

Provide evaluations, assessments, and ongoing therapy for children 3+, develop individualized plans, deliver family sessions, monitor progress, document notes, and advocate across settings.

OT/OTA with licensure, able to travel to clients, strong communication, and collaborative skills.
