BSIE or BSME; minimum 8 years in manufacturing methods and process improvements; minimum 5 years in supervision/management; strong MRP experience (prefer Microsoft AX) including Bills of Materials, Routings, and Work Standards; proven success in large-scale process improvement; Lean Manufacturing, TPS, and Demand Flow knowledge; excellent communication and leadership; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Assembler 2

High school education; up to one month related experience or training; ability to perform heavy lifting; read and follow blueprints; operate necessary equipment.
