Technician - Field Service

Technician

High school or GED; 2-5 years heavy equipment repair; CAT experience; diagnose with laptops/gauges/instruments; basic welding; multitask; strong problem solving and communication.

Power Generation Field Service Technician

3+ years field service experience servicing power generators (50 kW–3000 kW); technical certification or associate degree preferred; valid driver license; willingness to travel within Wisconsin.

Technician - Lead

5+ years diagnosing equipment; leadership experience; CDL; MSHA certification or ability; high school diploma or GED; proficient with laptops and troubleshooting.

Shop Technician

Diagnose and repair heavy equipment, troubleshoot electronics/hydraulics, perform preventive maintenance, read manuals; 2-5 years' experience preferred; MSHA certification may be required.

Yard Coordinator

High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years in operating heavy machinery, shipping/receiving, and general yard duties; strong customer service; mechanical aptitude; time management; able to move equipment with limited supervision.

Warehouse

High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years warehouse experience; forklift certification; strong attention to detail and communication; basic computer skills; mechanical aptitude a plus.

Rental Shop Technician

High school or GED required; 2-5 years heavy equipment repair experience; MSHA certification or ability to obtain; proficient with diagnostic laptops, gauges and instruments; basic welding; strong problem solving and communication skills.

Rental Sales Specialist

Rental and sales experience in construction equipment; strong customer service; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel; excellent communication.

Rental Yard Coordinator

High school diploma or GED; 3+ years in operating heavy machinery, shipping/receiving, and yard duties; able to work outdoors; strong customer service; mechanical aptitude; time management; ownership and safety-focused.

Rental Branch Operations Manager

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years branch management with P&L; 3+ years retail/store management in construction equipment rental; 1+ year supervisory; proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver's license; strong leadership and communication skills.

Parts Counter

High school diploma; 1-3 years customer service and counter sales; strong communication; basic mechanical aptitude; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Technician - Field Service (Eastern UP)

Field Service Technician

HS diploma or GED; 2-5 years in heavy equipment repair; diagnostic skills with laptops, gauges, and instruments; basic welding; MSHA certification or ability to obtain.

Rental Field Technician

Inspect, service, and maintain Cat rental equipment; diagnose issues; perform field and shop maintenance and testing.

Rental Specialist

Post-secondary education or 3+ years related experience; construction or aerial equipment sales/rental background preferred; strong sales, marketing, communication; valid driver's license; willing to travel within territory.

EPG Field Service Technician

High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years generator maintenance/repair; CAT generator knowledge; valid driver’s license; travel; strong troubleshooting; read manuals.

High school diploma required; 2-5 years heavy equipment troubleshooting; Journeyman preferred; MSHA certified or able to obtain; strong problem solving; computer and MS Office proficiency; read and interpret schematics.

Training Instructor

2-year technician degree; 5 years heavy equipment/earthmoving tech or training; training experience preferred; strong communication; DOT CDL; travel >50%; proficiency with SIS2.0, Parts Integrator, Dealer Business Systems, and Microsoft products.

Heavy Equipment Field & Shop Technicians

Heavy Equipment Technician

2-5 years as field or shop technician; CAT diesel engines, hydraulic/electrical systems; MSHA certification desirable; high school diploma required.

Field & Shop Technician

3-5 years field or shop technician experience with CAT equipment; strong troubleshooting; diagnostic and repair skills; able to work at field sites or shop; HS diploma required; MSHA preferred.
