Behavioral Health Recovery Coach II

Provide recovery-oriented support to individuals with mental health, substance use, and chronic health conditions; trauma-informed, non-clinical approach; assist with education and vocational goals.

CASE MANAGER - REFUGEE POST RESETTLEMENT

Case Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Human Services; NYS driver’s license with a registered vehicle; 1+ year in Human Services/case management; English plus another language preferred.

INTERPRETER

Interpreter

Interpreting for LEP individuals; 1 year experience; English plus another language; requires NY driver license; proficient with Outlook; associate degree preferred.

MEDICAL LIASION

Medical Liaison

High school diploma; NYS driver’s license; 2+ years healthcare experience; strong communication and coordination skills.

High school diploma; NY driver's license; 2+ years healthcare experience; full-time, day shift.

PEER MENTOR

Peer Mentor

High School Diploma; Valid NYS Driver’s License; Certified Peer Recovery Advocate or provisional certification; experience running peer/recovery support groups; Lived experience preferred.

HOUSING ASSOCIATE

Housing Associate

Associate degree in Human Services or related field preferred; valid NYS driver’s license; two years of human services or crisis intervention experience; per diem schedule.

BILINGUAL INTEGRATED CLINICIAN

Integrated Clinician

Provide initial assessment and counseling; must be bilingual in English and Spanish; LMHC or LMSW license; Master's in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.

SELF DIRECTED SERVICES STAFF - INGERICK

Self Directed Services Staff

High school diploma preferred; NY driver license and vehicle required if driving; 1 year experience with IDD preferred.

Self-Directed Services Staff
